CONGRATULATIONS TO THE SUMMER SHAPE UP WINNER! We’ll see you for FALL INTO FITNESS!
Shape up this summer by challenging yourself to build healthier physical, nutritional, and wellness habits. Explore ways to incorporate new fitness activities, healthy eating, and personal well-being into your daily life!
What: Each week you will have a new challenge to incorporate into your existing or new health and wellness regimen. You will earn one point every time you complete the challenge for that week. Each challenge is different and must be completed within the time frame (note: the Aerobics Challenge lasts the whole ten weeks). You are encouraged to continue to incorporate each element into your regimen.
How to Sign up:
- Complete an Interest Form and email it to Jennifer Ray at firstname.lastname@example.org or stop by the Wellness Center, Monday – Friday, 12 – 7 pm to sign up in person.
DEADLINE FOR SIGN UPS: JUNE 15th
- Check the Summer Shape Up Challenge Page every Monday for your weekly challenge and details. (challenge page available June 2nd)
- Complete the challenge throughout the week.
- Submit photos, comments, and/or details of your challenge completion via email (email@example.com) or via Facebook (Summer ShapeUp)
* Each participants totals will be calculated at the end of the program and prizes awarded!

|Grand Prize: George Foreman Grill
The top point earner from the ten week challenges and the top point earner from the Aerobics Challenge will receive a George Foreman Grill. Points are cumulative.
Challenge Winners: 24oz. VRWC Tumbler
Complete all ten weeks of challenges and get a tumbler!.
Half-way Incentive: Smoothie King Smoothie
