Join Marilyn Holmes, MS, RDN, LDN as she creates dishes so healthy and delicious that you will celebrate the holiday with them, as well as serve throughout the year. Receive recipes and taste samples of foods prepared.

Join Marilyn C. Holmes, MS, RDN, LDN and Melinda Jones, BS, RDN, two registered dietitians, as they create healthy holiday dishes from a variety of ethnic traditions.
Nutrition minute held once a week at the VRWC will offer quick tips on ways to maintain healthy eating habits.
Feel free to stop in for a minute or stay the whole time. Nutrition Minute is held in the lobby of the VRWC.
