Biggest Winner

To Register:

1. Fill out the packet.

2. Bring in the packet to the VRWC or email to Jennifer Ray at jennifer.e.ray@vanderbilt.edu

3. Make your payment at the Office of Campus Recreation, M-F, 8am to 5pm or at the VRWC front desk (outside of OCR business hours only).

4. Come ready to get sweaty on the first day!!

*Schedule information is below

Monday workouts will be from 515-615pm

Tuesday & Thursday workouts will be 630 am and noon.

*Videos of the cardio & strength training workouts will be online if you are unable to make these times and the fitness associates leading them are at the VRWC to ask questions, etc whenever the facility is open.

Wednesday workouts will be 515-545 with the “gym-formational” immediately following.

Thursday is the nutrition session and that will be from 530-6pm.
