I started my career in cardiac rehab, and I have developed it into personal training, small group training, boot camps, and nutritional weight loss programs. I love High Intensity Interval Training especially if we can work outside! I have a macrobiotic baby food line and hope to open a cafe that combines all of my holistic health concepts together. I am a beach bum, outdoors fanatic, and Nashville native. I am, also married with two kids that keep me super busy! My goal is to get you to your goal the healthy way!

I began exercising for health, rather than clothing size, and that made all the difference. Six years later, I’ve completed road races, triathlons (sprint and Olympic distance) and led a Tough Mudder team in 2013. In addition, my favorite junk food is chocolate, I love cheesy jokes, and I boast an unusually large tote bag collection.

I have been training clients for over 20 years and am passionate about all things fitness and nutrition. I am currently on a raw food regimen and travel Nashville using my single speed bike. I have also amassed a nice collection of Civil War era relics since moving to Tennessee.
