The Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center (VRWC) will be offering Biggest Winner starting in February. Skilled trainers and specialists will use a variety of techniques to address each participant’s specific needs. The program consists of weekly group training sessions and nutrition/mind-body workshops with Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center professional staff. The weekly schedule and registration is available on the VRWC website. Each participant must have a 30+ BMI to participate.
All participants can sign up for $85, which includes participation in the program and access to the VRWC during program sessions.

Running Clinics are provided each semester for all levels of runners! Four, six, and eight week training programs are developed to help you complete your race! Trainings held at the VRWC follow the Couch to 5K training plan and for the Country Music Half-Marathon. Additional training programs are offered by request.
Monthly weightlifting competitions are held in the fitness center the 2nd Tuesday of every month. This is a great way to test yourself with trained supervision and monthly challenges. No registration required, just show up and compete.
Have fun learning the how-to’s of boxing while getting fit just in time for the summer! This clinic will be taught by USA Boxing Coach and certified personal trainer Tramaine Crook. Participants should come to class prepared with their own boxing gloves and hand wraps.
