Creative Services provides professional editing, graphic design, and photography services to University and Medical Center divisions and departments. Creative Services assists in the development of various communication vehicles, publications, and Web sites and is also responsible for the official symbols, marks, and logos for the University and for establishing, and maintaining graphic standards related to their use.

Most projects are geared to an external audience, including student recruitment materials at the undergraduate and graduate level; university and departmental annual reports; posters, invitations, and flyers promoting events; alumni and development magazines, newsletters, and solicitations; and community outreach brochures and booklets. The office also produces materials in support of various academic programs.

Creative Services mantains a large database of digital photographs that may be used in presentations, Web sites, publications, etc. Photographers are available to photograph official university events for publication. The Creative Services staff of twenty-five provides the following:

     • graphic design
     • photography
     • expert digital imaging and retouching
     • high level electronic pre-press production
     • consultation on trademark usage
