Graduate student Jenna Lukasik (with Stefanie Lidquist, her adviser) will be awarded a prestigious NSF Doctoral Dissertation Improvement Grant to research her dissertation "The Inter-Branch Struggle Over Tort Reform: Testing a Separation of Powers Model in the State Context."
