Mitch Seligson and Neal Tate

Vanderbilt political scientists Mitch Seligson and Neal Tate with their University of Pittsburgh collaborators Steve Finkel and Anibal Perez-Linan presented the findings of their new research on "Deepening our Understanding of the Effects on US Foreign Assistance on Democracy Building" to a Washington seminar sponsored by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) on December 7, 2007.  For more informatino, see the story produced by the Vanderbilt News Service.
