After more than a year of campaigning and the rise and fall of numerous candidates, voters Tuesday may finally bring some clarity to the race for the presidency.  Campaign experts, stung by the unexpected turns so far, are shy about predictions. But most agree the GOP race is more likely to be decided Tuesday because in most states, the winner takes all of the electoral delegates. Democrats allocate their electoral votes proportionately, often by congressional district. Because of that, most experts agree, their contest could drag on because a candidate losing a state could still accumulate delegates.  Even so, experts say nothing is certain in this unusual election.  "With so many moving parts, it is hard to know what is going on," said John Geer, political science professor at Vanderbilt University... more
