Benefits & Appropriate Use |
The PCARD may be used for authorized business related expenses. Cardholders must follow department and university travel policies. The PCARD should be used for the majority of the travel expenses such as the conference registration, hotel, airfare, rental car, phone calls, and meals. Incidentals should be requested for reimbursement after the trip. |
