To use eProcurement, you must be assigned one or more of the following roles on one or more centers or sumto centers:
||Creates, saves and submits requisitions in eProcurement
||Views, adds comments to and approves/rejects requisitions pending approval in eProcurement
||Views, adds comments to and agrees/disagrees with requisitions pending approval in eProcurement
||Views requisitions relevant to the centers on which he/she has been assigned
The following administrator privileges are also available:
(Note: Having one of these privileges does not give you the capability to use eProcurement, but instead to use the Privilege Management application to administer eProcurement privileges.)
||Assigns the eProcurement Creator, eProcurement Reviewer, eProcurement Executor, and eProcurement Viewer privileges on requested centers within the Privilege Management application for his/her centers. This privilege is typically used by people in a central office such as Procurement and Disbursement Services or Department of Finance.
||Assigns the eProcurement Creator, eProcurement Reviewer, and eProcurement Viewer privileges on requested centers within the Privilege Management application for his/her centers. Persons with this privilege can also assign other privilege types such as eDog, ePac, Waldo and Signature Authorization for centers in his/her purview. This privilege is typically used by Business Officers and Administrative Officers.
The method for obtaining one of these roles varies based on whether you are in University Central or the Medical Center.
