To use eProcurement, you must be assigned one or more of the following roles on one or more centers or sumto centers:

Creates, saves and submits requisitions in eProcurement |

Views, adds comments to and approves/rejects requisitions pending approval in eProcurement |
| eProcurement Reviewer |
Views, adds comments to and agrees/disagrees with requisitions pending approval in eProcurement |
| eProcurement Viewer |
Views requisitions relevant to the centers on which he/she has been assigned |
The following administrator roles are also available:
(Note: Having one of these roles does not give you the capability to use eProcurement, but instead to use the STAR application to administer eProcurement roles. Business Officers/ Administrative Officers typically have one of these roles.)

Assigns the eProcurement Creator, eProcurement Reviewer, eProcurement Executor, and eProcurement Viewer roles on requested centers within the STAR application for his/her centers
[Note: The eProcurement Administrator can also assign the eProcurement Departmental Administrator role.] |
| eProcurement Departmental Administrator |
Assigns the eProcurement Creator, eProcurement Reviewer, and eProcurement Viewer roles on requested centers within the STAR application for his/her centers |
