Participants will have the opportunity to test their grit by white water rafting on the Snake River, featuring rapids such as Lunch Counter and Big Kahuna.  Alternatively, a scenic rafting trip is available for those of faint heart or sound mind.

The rafting excursions will be followed by a western BBQ featuring cowboy poetry and line dancing.
