Every team has players. Some of these players lead, and some of them follow. A successful team relies on teamwork - knowing when to lead and when to follow.

That's where we come in. Vanderbilt University's Portable Group Challenge Course can meet the needs of your team, organization, club or group. The PGCC philosophy is based on experiential learning, a pedagogy that allows participants to experience the learning process.

The PGCC focuses on issues specific to your group or organization. Your group's members participate in a variety of physical activities, which will challenge their creativity, ability to communicate and teamwork skills in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
