For ease of downloading, the Final Report is offered here in two sections.
Part A of the Final Report contains a comprehensive overview of the recently completed three-year (2001-2004) project, including an executive summary, scale development information, model revisions, a sample of findings from individual studies, and the reference list.  Final Report Part A

Part B of the Final Report includes all figures and appendices, including specific information on all scales used during the project as well as copies of the Parent (available in English and Spanish) and Student Questionnaires. Final Report Part B
