Confidential Online Self Reflections

The lists of questions identified below pertain to seventeen topics for which clients often seek our services. We hope that those tools will provid one answer of self-exploration, perhaps as a step in seeking assistance. Also peers, parents, faculty and staff can use the material to better understand issues with which many students and others deal.

For a number of topics we have identified other offices and programs at Vanderbilt that you can consult. Some of these are available only to students and some to other members of the Vanderbilt community, as is the PCC.

In addition to websites provided with individual lists, there are also general websites useful for multiple topics. These include The University of Chicago, Massey University, and The American Psychological Association.

Beyond our center at Vanderbilt there are many other resources that can provide assistance with a variety of issues.
