Student EligibilityFull-time Vanderbilt University students are eligible for all services at the Psychological and Counseling Center. With the exception of career counseling and Learning Disabilty/Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder assessment, our services are without charge to students. [Dependents of full-time Vanderbilt University students are also eligible for PCC services -- please call the Center for details] Trained counselors are available at our Center if you need someone to talk to. They help with issues such as: depression, eating and body image issues, stress, grief, study/test-taking problems, academic major or career indecision, or anything else you want to speak to someone about. To make an appointment, just call 322-2571 (2-2571 if on campus) and we can usually make your first appointment for either the day you call or the following day (depending on the availability of your schedule). If you have concerns regarding confidentiality, please refer to that page for information. Group Therapy sessions are also available for a number of issues, including: gay/lesbian issues, eating and body image issues, general psychotherapy, and more.
