Organizational Consulting

The Center provides organizational/management consultation services to the University community. The primary focal points of these consultations include: evaluation of organizational functioning, problematic human resource issues, team-building workshops, employee personal career development, and psychological screening of University police prior to commissioning.

Additionally, presentations are offered on selected topics as requested by departments and University organizations. Organizational services also include applied research on issues such as student and parent opinions of the University, diversity, the Greek system, retention, alcohol use, and student development.
