AnxietyAnxieties are common. At times anxiety is experienced as a generalized physiological nervousness perhaps of unknown cause. At other times, it is focused on specific objects, places, or events. Also, anxiety can take the form of repetitious thoughts or behaviors. It is usually defined as an intense, persistent worry or fear that may seem unfounded. We see many clients who experience anxiety. Although symptoms and intensity vary, the following statements represent some of their more common thoughts and feelings.
