Anger ManagementAnger is a normal emotion. It can be a signal that something is problematic, and it can help us make decisions about how to respond in our relationships. For a number of reasons, our feelings of anger can become either too sensitive or not sensitive enough. Also, what we do or do not do because of anger can sometimes end up hurting us as well as others. The following statements can provide some clues as to whether it might be helpful to talk with a therapist about your anger.
