Kayak Classes
Learn how to kayak the quick and easy way! Kayak Roll Workshops are free to Vanderbilt students, Vanderbilt graduate students, and Student Recreation Center members. All others must pay the $5.00 Recreation Center guest fee and be accompanied by a Vanderbilt person into the Student Rec. Center.

Each class is independent from the others. Knowledgeable Kayak Instructors and kayaking
equipment are provided for both the workshops and the open kayaking.
To attend the Kayak Roll Workshop,
you may register up to three weeks in advance. You can sign up by calling Jamie Dial at 615-343-8176. Leave a voice mail if he is not there. You must register for the class with Jamie no later than 5 PM the day of the workshop.
For more information, call the Outdoor Recreation Program at 343-8182 during rental hours (Monday and Friday from 12-6 p.m. and Tuesday-Thursday from 3-6 p.m.).
