Electronic Research Administration (eRA), in the generic sense of data management, template use, and communication, has been a reality for quite some time. However, in the past couple of years, with the onslaught of online systems, eRA has changed from simply a way to make the job easier for PI’s and research administrators, to a whole new culture for research and research administration.
As the trend in electronic research administration (eRA) continues to grow, with many federal agencies and other sponsors requiring proposal and award management through their particular eRA system, OSP will continue to find ways to inform, update internal systems and educate faculty and staff on the every changing landscape. For more information regarding eRA systems in use please visit the “Related Information” links.
