As most of you are aware, Coeus is scheduled for a necessary upgrade to begin this Friday, December 14^th.  To assist users, information outlining the enhancements being implemented with this release can be found here.  In-addition to this documentation, OSP is providing training and information sessions.  For more information regarding training opportunities, please visit: https://www.mc.vanderbilt.edu/gcm/rate/index.php
 
Important note: In order to assist us, please make sure you have properly logged out of Coeus by 2 pm on December 14^th as the new release is scheduled to be implemented into production at this time.  The system will be available for use on Saturday, December 15, 2012.
