Q: I have been trying to edit a proposal I started yesterday. When I call up the proposal and go into edit I get the message that I am already using that proposal. I click the OK Button, which is the only option.

A: Whenever you exit Coeus
without exiting out of your
proposal Coeus places a lock
on your proposal to prevent
anyone else from opening it.
To be able to open it, you
must remove the lock. Click on
the FILE dropdown
menu and select
