CoeusQ: A few months ago I created a Rolodex entry, but I recently noticed a minor error which needs to be corrected. However, I get an error when I try to edit the entry. Could this be because I changed departments?A: Yes. When you change departments your permissions in Coeus change. Since you created in another department, that entry belongs to that department and can only be changed by someone in that Coeus unit with Rolodex permissions. |
