VUMC Research Core Facilities
VUMC has a large variety of shared resources/research core facilities, from those serving small groups of investigators to those supporting all VUMC researchers. These cores are typically under the administrative control of a research center and offer their services to all VUMC and Vanderbilt-Meharry Alliance investigators. Listed below are cores that serve an established multidisciplinary user base. Details about user priority, procedures, and costs are described on the web pages for each facility, or by contacting the core manager. For detailed text suitable for use in grants describing each core, go to Useable Grant Text.
