(1) Includes Clinical Faculty with annual compensation <$170,000 and
all Medical Center Non-Clinical Faculty/Sr Staff.
(2) Includes Clinical Faculty with annual compensation >=$170,000.
(3) Includes Medical Center Non-Hospital Staff, Medical Center Hospital
Staff, and University Central Staff.
(4) Includes supplemental and summer salary payments to part-time/temporary
faculty/staff.
(5) Rates are projected and not yet approved by the government. Until
the government approval received, rates are subject to change.
The above fringe benefit rates are applied to faculty/staff salary. The
fringe benefit rates through 2013/14 were negotiated with and approved
by the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), Division of Cost
Allocation.
