HOD 1100 added to courses using the e-portfolio system in HOD (1000 and 1210). HDC 3890 is evaluating folio for future use. The total number of students using portfolios is anticipated to be 426 students. (Exact numbers are being calculated.)
Students were given a simple survey to gauge their knowledge and use of portfolios and technical awareness. The results of the survey are anonymous and be used to monitor the implementation of Folio.
Folio 1.7 upgrade was requested and installed; this upgrade includes a "standards" portfolio and the ability to export portfolios. Exact use of the standards/competency portfolio will be examined in Summer 2006 and will be used in Fall 2006; more details to follow.
"Template Training," the ability for Vanderbilt to develop customized views of the electronic portfolios, was approved and is in the process of being scheduled.
Fall 2005
HOD 1000 and HOD 1210 using the e-portfolio system. SPED using it in one class to evaluate use for NCATE review. Total number of students using portfolios: 378. First "faculty portfolio" online.

Folio software purchased and installed; system administration training and product familiarization.
