- To reserve meeting space at the CPH complete room reservation form.

Financial Advising Guidelines
- There are many ways to pay for goods and services through your organization's account without having to pay with your personal money including a Small Purchase Order, 1180, or Check Request
- If you do pay for something out of your personal pocket submit the receipt and check request to your advisor. You will not be reimburesed for tax, but you should receive your money within 10 days. The Accounts Office at Vanderbilt will not be able to reimburse you without a receipt.

Funding for Student Organization Travel
- Service organizations may request funding from OACS for travel to conferences
- Maximum amount available is $500
- Proposal and budget required in application for funding
- Submit your proposal a minimum of 2 weeks in advance
- Complete Student Travel Funds Application
Service Leader Listserv
- Your resource to connect with other service leaders and share programs and opportunities
- Even if you are not a current service leader you can join the listserv, email Lilly your request to join the list.
Event Planning
- Be sure to inform your advisor of all events through your organization. Your OACS advisor is available to help guide you in your event planning.
- Use the Project Management Timeline to think through the major event planning steps
- For all events, be sure to keep track of the number of participants and the number of volunteer hours completed. Your organization will be asked to submit a report at the end of the year.
