Room Reservations
reserve space at the cph
- Rooms should be reserved and canceled through Martha L. Dale, OACS Administrative Assistant, Room 110.
- To reserve meeting space at the CPH, please complete room reservation form.
- Reservations will be made on a first come, first serve basis and will be posted weekly outside each of our two available rooms: The Fireplace Lounge on the 1st floor & The OACS Classroom on the 2nd floor.
- If your group has a standing reservation (i.e. every Tuesday at 7pm), you must hold weekly meetings to maintain your reservation.
- One missed reservation will result in the cancellation of future reservations, unless the group re-books with Martha Dale.
parking & general house policies
*It’s extremely important for you to please honor these policies:
Parking:
- No student parking is permitted in the CPH lot. Ticketing and towing will be in effect 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. NO EXCEPTIONS.
General House:
- No moving of furniture at the CPH.
- Throw away trash and food items in the proper receptacles; there are paper and aluminum recycling bins for your use.
- Keep materials and office space organized.
- Only use putty to put items on the walls of the CPH.

To reserve the Annex Room (the meeting space behind the CPH) please call Leadership Development and Intercultural Affairs at: (615) 343-6200.
To reserve Student Center(s) or Academic Building rooms contact The Office of Reservations and Events. You can make online reservations or call their office during regular business hours. Click here for the website or call 322-4488.
