Edgehill Initiative
In the spirit of service and community involvement, a relationship has blossomed between Vanderbilt first-year students and the neighboring Edgehill community.
The purpose of the Edgehill Initiative is three-fold:
- To engage first-year students in sustained service throughout the year,
- To address the needs of a community just blocks away from The Martha Rivers Ingram Commons, and
- To strategically coordinate university and student efforts in a targeted neighborhood in order to see a greater impact
