Each student organization advised by OACS will need to submit a Semester-in-Review form that outlines their activities for the previous semester. Information collected will include at a minimum:
•Membership (Growth, correct contact info, etc.)
•Description of Fundraising events & Amount(s) Raised
•Number and Type of Service Activities
•List of Community Partners & Faculty Partners
•Number of Volunteers
