Connect in the Community

The Office of Active Citizenship and Service is one of Vanderbilt’s bridges into the community. Here are a few of the ways we connect students to the community and connect the community to students:

• Work with over 60 student service organizations on campus
• Communicate service opportunities to the Vanderbilt community
• Run a Community Partner email listserv
• Promote National Days of Service
• Host annual service fairs
• Co-lead the PREP Program placing students in community internships
• Advertise summer internships opportunities in Nashville
