With dangerous youth gangs becoming increasingly visible in the United States and Central America, a March 11 conference brought together leading experts to share information about policies to reduce the incidence and influence of gangs. The conference, co-sponsored by the Center for Latin American and Iberian Studies, took place in The Commons Center.
