Giving opportunities

Your gifts matter. View these special videos of student-athletes reflecting on their Vanderbilt experiences—many of which are made possible by supporters like you.

The National Commodore Club encourages all members to give first to the NCC unrestricted annual fund. As a game changer, you may also show your support through the following opportunities.

Sport-specific giving

Support excellence. Through a restricted gift, fans can directly support an individual sport. Restricted gifts help our programs fund projects outside of their operating budgets. It is a win for you and a win for the Commodores. You become a key contributor and gain more access to an individual sport, as the Commodores continue to prepare and improve for the future.*

Jr. National Commodore Club

Start a lifetime of support for your smallest Vanderbilt fan. The Jr. National Commodore Club is an excellent start for supporting Vanderbilt Athletics. Jr. NCC membership runs on an academic year. For $50, children age 13 and younger receive fun benefits such as a Jr. NCC T-shirt, a drawstring bag, a membership card, a Commodores school packet, a Star V pin, an NCC decal and event invitations. All Jr. NCC members are NCC members and receive priority credit. Click here for our membership form.

Sky boxes and suites

Score prime seating. Commodores fans can enhance their game experience through private seating at Vanderbilt Stadium and Memorial Gymnasium. Sky boxes and suites provide comfort and convenience for Commodores games. Season sky box packages for seven home football games include eight seats, two premium parking passes, and catering and bar options. Season suite packages for basketball games include eight seats and two reserved parking passes in Kensington Garage. Catering options are available.

Capital giving

Build for success. The building and enhancing of athletic facilities that impact the performance of our student-athletes are parts of the Vanderbilt Athletics game plan. Two capital projects are scheduled to be completed soon. The golf clubhouse and instruction facility project at Vanderbilt Legends Club is scheduled to be completed in 2013, and the Vanderbilt Recreation Center and Multipurpose Facility Expansion project is scheduled to be completed in early 2014.

Endowment giving

Lay a firm foundation for Vanderbilt Athletics. The athletics endowment ensures our success not only today, but also for generations to come. Gifts to the athletics endowment can be designated to scholarships and more. Through a steady source of financial assistance, Vanderbilt can recruit the best and brightest student-athletes and coaches. Endowment gifts may be pledged over a period of up to five years. For more information, please call the NCC office at (615) 322-4114.

Planned giving

Invest in our future. By establishing a planned gift, supporters can help ensure Vanderbilt Athletics will continue to be successful into the future. The Office of Planned Giving is available to assist anyone interested in supporting our student-athletes through bequests, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts or gifts of real estate. For more information, please call Anthony Barclay at (615) 936-5518 or toll-free at (888) 758-1999.

* Supporters who make a restricted gift are NCC members and receive priority credit; however, an unrestricted gift to the NCC is necessary for priority tickets and parking.
