Faculty and staff members who are experienced dancers are invited to audition for the Vanderbilt Dance Theater on Sunday, Sept. 14, in Studio C at Memorial Gym. From 10 a.m. - 12:15 p.m., Ballet and Modern; from 12:15 - 2 p.m., Jazz and Hip Hop.

If you are an experienced dancer, this is your opportunity to perform in the Vanderbilt Dance Concert on March 12 and 13, 2009. Work with professional choreographers of Vanderbilt Dance Theatre in hip hop, ballet, modern, jazz or contemporary dance and taste what it is to be a professional dancer.

You must be enrolled in an Intermediate/Advanced technique class with the Vanderbilt Dance Program in order to be part of the company.  VDT is open to Vanderbilt sudents, undergraduate, and professional, Vanderbilt staff /faculty, and to the Nashville Community.

Performance opportunities are available in ballet, hip hop, modern/contemporary, or jazz.

Vanderbilt Dance Concert will be Thursday and Friday, March 12 and 13, 2009, so you must be
available to rehearse until then.
