The Opportunity Development Center (ODC), Vanderbilt's Equal Opportunity (EO) and Affirmative Action (AA) Office, has launched a new Web site.  

The new site offers something for everyone. Supervisors and managers can gain a better understanding of what their EO/AA obligations and soon there will have a Managers Tool Kit available online.  Also, viewers can check out the trainings offered. 

Students, faculty, staff and visitors can view the ODC's services by clicking on the "Disability Services" and "Other Services" tabs.  Viewers can check out Vanderbilt's clubs and organizations that represent diversity by clicking on "Diversity at Vanderbilt."
