The Reservations and Events office (formally Schedules and Reservations) has unveiled online room reservations.  Students and staff across campus can access the system through www.vanderbilt.edu/reservations. 

The online reservation system allows you to look at room availability, search for space and virtually book rooms 24 hours a day.  All requests are still approved through the Reservations and Events office.

Currently all rooms in Sarratt, Student Life Center and Commons Center can be booked online.  Some rooms in Buttrick, Calhoun, Divinity and Furman are available.  More rooms will be added over the year.

The Manager of Reservations and Events, Angela Covington states, “I am excited to have this additional option available.  Everyone is also welcome to stop by the office to make their reservations.” 

The Reservations and Events office has moved into a remodeled space on the first floor of Sarratt Student Center
