VANDERBILT UNIVERSITY
MTA REPORTING

Welcome to myMTA.

The Office of Technology Transfer and Enterprise Development is proud to present myMTA, a new, easy-to-use online application providing Vanderbilt faculty and staff exclusive access to current data associated with their material transfer agreements (MTAs). Through this web tool, investigators can quickly view, sort and print status information and other related data, among other functions.

Please review the following important information about myMTA access:

  • Users accessing the tool from an off-campus PC or a PC not directly connected to the Vanderbilt network will first need to connect to the VUMC VPN. In the absence of a Vanderbilt network or VPN connection, users will usually receive a "white screen" error such as "Page not found" or "Access not authorized" upon clicking the myMTA access link below.
  • Upon logging in, you may be required to register as a new user with myMTA. New user registrations are generally fulfilled within 1-2 business days.
  • If you wish to act as an "agent" to view MTA data on behalf of another Vanderbilt faculty or staff member, you will need to have that individual login to myMTA and add your VUnetID (e.g. "doej") to their Agents list via the "Manage Agents" tab.
