Featheringill Hall

Featheringill Hall, named for alumnus and lead donor William W.
Featheringill, is a central teaching and research facility for
the School of Engineering. Completed in 2001, Featheringill Hall
was built on the site of the old Jacobs Hall central wing and
provides the School of Engineering with a central focus, community
space, and state-of-the-art facilities. The building features
an entry tower modeled after Kirkland Hall tower, a three-story
atrium, and more than fifty teaching and research laboratories.
Featheringill provides wireless computer networking, two large
computer classrooms, a 120-person multimedia classroom, study
areas, offices, design studios, and dedicated rooms for student
organizations.
