Student Organization Mailboxes

When authorized by the Office of Student Organizations, a recognized student organization may request a special address and mailbox for their organization’s mail. This request should be made through the Office of Student Organizations located in Sarratt Student Center, second floor, suite 207, www.vanderbilt.edu/studentorganizations, who will coordinate with Vanderbilt University Mail Services.

There are a limited number of mailboxes available for student organizations, so not every organization may receive a mailbox. It is the responsibility of the organization to appoint a member to check the mailbox daily and remove mail from the box. The mailboxes are located in the basement of Rand Hall at the Station B Post Office.

VU Mail Services will not be responsible for cash payments for dues, events, or other payments to any group/organization through either the USPS or campus mail. Cash payments should be made in person to an official board member of your group/organization ONLY! If this is not possible, we suggest you use a check or money order as forms of payment.
