Production Requirements

General

Vanderbilt Magazine is printed using four-color web offset, with a line screen of 150 dots per inch (dpi), and is saddle-stitch bound.

Ad Requirements

Digital-format advertisements are required. A high-resolution PDF (with bleed for full-page ads) is the preferred format. Preflighted ads also may be submitted as QuarkXPress, InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop files. All color should be in CMYK mode (not RGB). Include all embedded images (in TIF or EPS format), as well as screen and printer fonts. Microsoft Word and other text-based documents, as well as PowerPoint documents, cannot be accepted as final digital artwork. Preferably, final files should be copied to a CD and delivered to one of the addresses below. CDs will not be returned.
