Very informative on the human resources function in business, and Vanderbilt's excellence in that area. Especially good were using graduates and showing how this specialty functioned in both growing and downsizing business. One wonders, however, how many of those several million unfilled jobs in the US economy were for human resources professionals - if it was a substantial number - that would be even more convincing.

If Tennessee's central role in the 'human rights revolution' of the last half century had also been mentioned - think the Rev. James Lawson, Congressman John Lewis, or Halberstam's book, THE CHILDREN - one might also put this medium size school's curriculum in a world space.
