A Framework for the Assessment of Learning-centered Leadership

ABSTRACT
A model of education leadership assessment is presented along with a conception of leadership behaviors. The model and conception of leadership behavior drive the development of an assessment of school leadership. The leadership assessment system model clarifies how the focus on leadership behaviors fits within a larger context of leadership assessment, school performance and student success.
