The results of a 360 assessment with VAL-ED are summary profiles of the six core component scores and the six key process scores based on the ratings of each of the three types of respondents. These profiles provide a picture of a principal's perceived relative strengths and weaknesses regarding leadership behaviors that support the learning of students and enhance the ability of teachers to teach. To further interpret these scores, normative profiles for principals from across the country will be provided along with a set of proficiency standards. A couple of the many possible reporting profiles are illustrated below."
