A Chief Academic Officer’s desire to proactively deal with several difficult issues central to the district's performance award plan
A Director of Data and Information Systems desire to ensure the district has the capacity to to handle both the measurement and data warehouse dimensions of a performance award system
A Regional Educational Service Center Leader's desire to help enhance the district's data capacity and the ability to calculate value-added measures of effectiveness
A Teacher Association Leader's desire to ensure that the ways in which the effectiveness of all teachers is being measured is accurate and fair
A University Professor's desire to help the district draw upon a broad base of expertise in the realms of measurement and data capacity
