The University's

athletic program.
In determining exemptions

products it makes for its own use to fulfill the educational mission of
the University.

from royalties include:

pens, official university letterhead, business cards).

by the University community for internal consumption (i.e., athletic
uniforms, sorority/fraternity t-shirts, staff t-shirts, recognition
pins and plagues, calendars and schedules of events, containers, napkins,
photographs, and works of art).
- Goods manufactured
or purchased by the University to promote the University and its programs
