New Programs
Vanderbilt is partnering with MTSU and Belmont to bring LeaderShape to Tennessee. We are sponsoring 10 students to attend and would like to extend the invitation to you to apply. The LeaderShape Tennessee Institute will be held May 15-20 at New Frontiers in Dowelltown, TN. All participants will stay at the camp for the entire 6-day retreat and actively engage and participate in all of the LeaderShape activities. LeaderShape participant will be part of a “Learning Community,” which will consist of 50-60 students from various Tennessee colleges and LeaderShape Institute facilitators who will meet together for lectures, discussions, activities, and sharing. In addition, participants will be part of a “Family Cluster,” which will be comprised of 8-12 students from the Learning Community as well as a “Cluster Facilitator” who will be a professional staff member from one of the Tennessee institutions and trained as a LeaderShape facilitator. This family cluster will serve as a support group for participants and the cluster facilitator will reinforce the ideas and skills being taught by the LeaderShape facilitators.
