Kaleidoscope

Kaleidoscope is designed to help participants learn about and celebrate differences among members of the Vanderbilt community. Kaleidoscope is particularly well suited for entering freshmen who have an interest in issues of diversity and inclusiveness or for students who might wish to join ongoing efforts of Vanderbilt administrators, faculty, and students to foster an appreciation of diversity in our campus community. The program will accommodate 25 participants and will have five student leaders. Participants will learn about services, programs, and events that address multicultural issues. They will also meet with student leaders from organizations that promote awareness and understanding of difference in cultural norms and values, in religious and political beliefs, and in sexual orientation.
