Leadership Hall

The Office of Housing and Residential Education sets aside rooms in Towers East for Vanderbilt’s newest living-learning community, the Leadership Hall. The residents of the hall live together to meaningfully explore leadership and critically reflect upon their collective experience.
Residents participate in an immersion experience allowing them to analyze and evaluate different concepts of leadership. The participants meet monthly to discuss a pertinent topic selected by their advisor. During the monthly meetings, participants discuss and analyze leadership opportunities within the selected topic area, current events, leadership development tactics, or schools of thought on leadership styles. Students have the chance to develop and facilitate additional meetings and events to examine the month’s topic.
