About UsThe Office of Leadership Development and Intercultural Affairs (LDIA) was founded spring 2006 when the two seperate offices combined to better serve the Vanderbilt community. We are located in the Community Partnership House on main campus. LDIA provides resources, advocacy, and programs to help develop students as global leaders in a diverse society. Additionally, we strive to stimulate collaboration between the diverse segments that comprise one of America's top universities. It is a core belief of the office that strong leaders are required for a future in which the globe becomes increasing connected, and seeks to prepare Vanderbilt's students to meet the need.
